IDC Frame Portion Top Pivot (400-PF-1)
With Drilled and Countersunk mounting holes. For use in Center-Hung door applications utilizing a concealed floor mounted door closer. Door removal or clearance adjustment is accomplished by raising or lowering the pivot pin with the adjustment screw.
