*4" x 4" Samples are available for all WG #'s. Other size samples are available upon request.
*The price of each sample is $2.50 plus UPS Shipping costs.
*Low Iron Glass available: 1/4" Laminated, 1/4" annealed and 3/8" glass for shelves.

Q. How do I order decorative glass and mirror?
A. To order decorative glass please email us at allglass@wgsonline.com.
To get a quote on your specified dimensions, just email us at allglass@wgsonline.com.
For each size please specify the quantity needed, width x height, and pattern direction if applicable.
To assure size exactness in cut-size glass, we prefer those orders be emailed and then followed up with payment information by phone.
- All glass is annealed.
- Glass will be shipped with a seamed edge unless otherwise ordered.
- Cut size to be held to 1/16"
- The thickness stated on the sample page is approximate due to the unevenness of textured glass.
All glass orders must be prepaid before production. We accept all major credit cards, but we will accept other forms of payment.
The approximate lead time for most annealed glass is 3-5 business days. Fabricated and glass with edge work is 1-3 weeks from the date of order.
Glass Pricing Information
Q. How is glass and mirrors priced?
A. Generally, most of our glass is priced between $12.00 - $29.00 per sq. ft. cut size.
There is a minimum size charge per piece for most orders. In addition, there is a small boxing charge and UPS charge.

Glass Shipping Information
Q. How much is shipping?
A. A small boxing charge and actual UPS shipping charges will be added to all orders and will be determined at time of quote or order.
All orders will be shipped UPS GROUND unless otherwise requested.
In order to assure undamaged delivery, we may ship in multiple packages for large orders or ones with greatly different glass sizes. This will be determined at time of quote or order. If a package is received with obvious damage, please refuse delivery. Concealed damage must be reported to UPS within 5 days and all packing materials and cartons must be saved for carrier inspection or they will not pay the claim. After you report any concealed damage, we will file a claim with UPS and will promptly reship any damaged pieces at no cost to you.

How do I order custom-cut glass or mirror?

What information do I need to give you for a quote?
We'll need the exact width and height, thickness, type of glass or mirror, edge finish, any holes or notches, quantity, and your shipping address.
How should I measure for custom glass?
Measure in inches to the nearest 1/16". Measure width and height in at least two spots and use the smallest reading. List width first, then height, so there's no confusion.
What glass thicknesses can I order?
It depends on what you're making. Tabletops and shelves often use 1/4" to 3/8", while showers use 3/8" or 1/2" tempered glass. Tell us how you'll use the glass and we'll help you pick the right thickness.
Should I order tempered glass?
Tempered glass is required in many locations like doors, showers, and glass near the floor, because it breaks into small pieces instead of sharp shards. If you're not sure, check your local code or ask us.
Can tempered glass be modified after I receive it?
No. Once glass is tempered, it can't be cut, drilled, or notched. All sizes, holes, and cutouts must be final before we make it, so double-check your measurements.
What edge finishes do you offer?
Common options include a seamed edge for safety, a flat polish, and a beveled edge for a decorative look. The right choice depends on whether the edge will be visible and how you want it to look.
What's the difference between a seamed edge and a polished edge?
A seamed edge has the sharpness taken off but still looks rough, which is fine for edges hidden in a frame. A polished edge is smooth and shiny, which is what you want on tabletops, shelves, and mirrors with exposed edges.
Can you drill holes or add notches?
Yes. Mark the hole sizes and locations on a drawing, measured from the edges of the glass. For hinges or hardware, include the product info so the cutouts match.
Do you ship glass and mirror?
No. In-stock products ship the same day. Custom glass and mirror are made to order, so shipping timing depends on fabrication. Our Shipping & Return Policy page has the full details.
Can I return custom-cut glass?
Custom glass is cut to your exact size, so it generally can't be resold, which is why careful measuring matters so much. Check our Shipping & Return Policy page or give us a call if you have questions before ordering.
What happens if my glass arrives damaged?
Inspect your order when it arrives, before you sign for it if possible, and take photos of any damage. Contact us right away so we can help sort it out. Our Shipping & Return Policy page covers the process.
What mirror options can I order?
We offer clear mirror, plus decorative choices like antiqued mirror. Mirrors can be cut to size with polished or beveled edges. Safety-backed mirror is also a good option for doors and high-traffic spots.
What is safety-backed mirror?
It's a mirror with a film on the back that holds pieces together if it breaks. It's commonly used on wardrobe doors, gyms, and other spots where people might bump into the mirror.
Can I order glass for a tabletop?
Yes. Tabletops usually use 1/4" or 3/8" glass with a polished or beveled edge. Rounded corners are a nice touch for safety, especially in homes with kids. Tell us the shape and size and we'll quote it.
Can you make round or oval glass?
Yes. Just give us the diameter for circles, or the width and length for ovals. For irregular shapes, a paper template traced from the actual piece is the most accurate way to go.
How do I make a template for an odd-shaped piece?
Trace the shape onto sturdy paper or cardboard, mark which side is up, and note any holes or notches. Label the template with your name and order info, then get in touch with us so we can arrange how to get it to our team.
What's the difference between clear and low-iron glass?
Standard clear glass has a slight green tint, which you'll notice most on the edges and in thick pieces. Low-iron glass removes most of that tint, giving you a much clearer look. It's a favorite for shelves, display cases, and showers.
