The short back plate is preferred on installations where the least amount of exposed metal is desired. Solid Brass construction with all moving parts (pins and springs) in precision machined stainless steel. These square edge shower door hinges are self-centering when within 15 degrees of closed position. 90 Degree in and out swing. For use with 3/8" - 1/2" Tempered Safety Glass. Rated for 40 Pounds per hinge. Open/Close tested to at least 50,000 cycles. Requires standard Mouse Ear glass cutout. 3 Year Warranty. Glass clamp plate size 2-1/8" x 3-1/2".
